The simplest shipping method is Canada Post. Shipping to your door anywhere in Canada or United States is easy and pretty cheap. Accelerated and Xpresspost services are used all the time, depending on how fast you need the goods.

For thoses who need the parts really fast (like next day), or for bigger products (like boards for exemple), it's often easier to use UPS or FedEx. They deliver anywhere in the world, they are super fast but sometimes more expensive, depending on the service chosen.

OptionKite is located in Quebec city, Quebec. If you are in the neighborhood, you can visit us here by taking an appointment with us by email or phone. The address will be given at that time.

It's also possbile to meet on a windy spot! Several products will be available to test, so you'll have the opportunity to try before you buy. It's obviously hard to keep all products in all sizes here to test, but we'll try to keep at least one demo kite of each model (one size) to test out. Theses test depends on availability and wind conditions. Kite flying experience is mandatory to test out the kites.

Returns :

OptionKite try to offer the best service there is and take all the care needed to ship brand new products in perfect conditions. Althought very rare, it might happen that some items are defective. In theses cases, it's important to contact us as soon as possible to tell us about the problem. OptionKite will honour manufacturer's waranty regarding defects. We'll do our best to let you enjoy the products as soon as possible.
